RULES OF PLAY✨

(These apply to all equipment unless stated otherwise)

To keep everyone safe and to make sure all little ones have the best possible time, we kindly ask that the following rules are followed during your hire.

 

General Play Guidelines

  • Our equipment is designed for children aged 4 and under only

  • Anyone over the age of 4 must not use or sit on the equipment

  • Shoes and socks must be removed before play

  • No food or drinks on or near the equipment

  • Craft and messy activities are not permitted during soft play hire, including painting, colouring, pens, crayons, slime or similar items. These must not be accessible to children while the equipment is set up

  • Painted nails, jewellery, belts, and sharp objects are not permitted

  • Gentle play only - no pushing, pulling, or rough play

  • To avoid overcrowding, children should take turns where needed

  • Balance bikes must not be used on soft play flooring

  • Hoppers must only be used by children aged 4 and under

  • For everyone’s safety, all equipment is for indoor use only and should remain in the position it is set up. Please don’t move or reposition any equipment during the hire.

 

Ball Pool Play

  • Ball pool balls should stay inside the ball pool at all times

  • Balls must not be thrown or misused

  • Ball pool balls are for children aged 4 and under only

  • All balls must be returned to the ball pool before collection

Health & Hygiene

  • Children who are unwell should not use the equipment

  • Children who have experienced sickness or diarrhoea must not play on the equipment

  • If any equipment becomes dirty or soiled (including vomit or poo), the hirer must:

    • Inform Dream Away Soft Play immediately

    • Clean the affected area before collection using paper towels, a soft cloth, baby wipes, or water only
