A booking is only secured once availability has been confirmed and a deposit has been received.

How long is the hire period?

Our hire periods are typically 2, 3, or 4 hours.

If you require the equipment for a longer period, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss the options with you.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, we offer full delivery, professional set up, and collection, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day while we take care of everything.

Question 4

How much time do you need to set up?

Accepted Answer

We require a minimum of 45 minutes to set up our soft play equipment.

An addition of 15 minutes will need to be added to most set-ups if the set-up location is up or downstairs.

Please ensure the space is clear, safe, and accessible at the agreed set-up time. If access is delayed or restricted, this may result in reduced hire time, and collection will still take place at the agreed end of the hire period.
